My recent stay at Nine Hotel was truly exceptional. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the bed in my room was incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the warm and welcoming attitude of the hotel staff, especially Mr. Dillon, Mr. Deepraj, and Mr. Pramod at the reception. Their smiling faces made me feel well taken care of throughout my stay.

The bathroom could use some updating, and there was a strange smell in the air. Additionally, there was loud music playing until 6am on New Year's Eve, which wasn't properly communicated to guests.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Best aspects include the cleanliness of the hotel and facilities, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff who always had a welcoming smile and were willing to assist us. Location was also convenient, with easy access to transportation and parking.

Some guests have found the staff to be polite and helpful. the breakfast provided is quite basic and may not meet many guests’ expectations. some guests who are vegetarians or vegans may not have many options to choose from.
